Simple meal planning

You don't need a rigid plan — just deciding a few meals in advance takes the daily "what's for dinner?" pressure off and makes it far easier to eat the way you intend. Pick three or four dinners for the week and build a shopping list around them.
Lean on a handful of reliable meals you enjoy and can make on autopilot, and rotate them. The recipes and healthy swaps in the app are a good starting point — save the ones you like and repeat them.
Batch-cook where you can: double a recipe and keep portions in the fridge or freezer for busy days, so a good meal is easier to reach for than a takeaway. Prepping veg or grains ahead makes weeknight cooking quick.
Keep it flexible and forgiving — a plan is a helpful default, not a set of rules. This is general wellbeing information, not personalized dietary advice.
