These terms govern your use of Vida Sana. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Not medical advice
Vida Sana is a wellbeing and self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the coach insights are general wellbeing tips only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vida Sana. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended personal purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
4. Subscriptions
Vida Sana is offered as a single subscription with a 14-day free trial, then £7.99 per month (the price may vary by region); there is no free tier after the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Purchases, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the mobile app store (Google Play) under its terms — you can cancel anytime from the app store, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Entitlements activate once the purchase is confirmed.
5. Your content
The data you log is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
